Based on several requests from entrepreneurs and companies, IPDES developed a concept of ADVISORY COUNCIL, which are meetings with investors or CEOs of companies, which demand debate with other business people and CEOs with great experience in Brazil and Latin America.
Without the need to create a formal board, these meetings are prepared in advance and last a maximum of 5 hours, bringing a select group of CEOs active in Brazil from various different areas to advise the entrepreneur or the CEO.
This concept has spread, as it is limited in the length of stay of international or national investors or entrepreneurs, when visits Brazil, this concept has a high degree of competence and offers different views on the issues exposed.
Executives and business people who are at the disposal of this concept come from different areas, IT, Infrastructure, automotive, chemicals, machinery and equipment, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, communication, education, among others.
Mentoring
Mentoring transformation processes such as innovation, strategies and changes in governance requires experience, knowledge and wisdom.
IPDES brought together a group of Mentors, who went through leadership experiences in large international corporations, in business, government and third sector institutions
