Germany and Brazil maintain historical relations dating back to the 16th century and have developed to this day.

The Brazil Germany Economic Meetings began in 1974 and continue to this day as one of the most efficient institutions of consultation and cooperation between the two countries. The history of their relationships and their agendas are found in this space.

Far beyond government institutions of representation, German institutions in Brazil and Brazilian institutions in Germany that operate in high density economic, social, educational, environmental, cultural fields. Some of them already centuries old that contribute intensely for the understanding and the peaceful cooperation between the peoples.
